The Wangan precinct is yet again under crisis, as officer Shunsuke Aoshima (Oda Yuji) and his fellow have to team up with the elite detectives from the MPD (Metropolitan Police Department) to catch a group of ruthless serial killers, a family of pickpockets, and a "vampire" attacking young girls in the neighborhood!
