　　Sum, a gangster from Hong Kong is now making a killing across the border in Shenzhen, China, as he opens one club after another. It does not take long for Sum to flex his muscles on neighboring turfs. Things soon spiral out of control when sex and drugs come into play, leading to a violent showdown between Sum and other gangsters.
