武器設計師威利正在爲美國國防部設計一種適用於坦克車的旋轉式轉盤。他無意間拾獲一張畫有一種旋轉式設計轉盤的藍圖，喜出望外的他將藍圖交給了公司，且很快便製造出全新的坦克。沒想到竟被一個軍事間諜發現，使得FBI開始調查藍圖的來源…
此時，在科威特前線的坦克指揮官收到此新型坦克後，卻發現它在每次進行任務時，都會莫名其妙的橫衝直撞或轉向，會不會是轉盤的問題呢…

Then, when you find out is going to test the tank in an actual combat situation, you ought to forget about it all together. Luckily for us, the government and Dynatechnics Incorporated don't know Moore and Murphy like we do. And both comics are turned loose on a high-tech, hilarious adventure that sets modern warfare back a couple of hundred years.
