Directed by Yongyoot Thongkongtoon (The Iron Ladies), the 2009 Thai romance Best of Times interweaves two bittersweet stories of love and memory. Awkward veterinarian Keng (Arak "Pae" Amornsupasiri, Body) never got over his high school crush, Fai (singer Yarinda Bunnag), who ended up marrying and divorcing his best friend. Years later Fai walks into Keng's clinic with a stray dog. Pretending he doesn't remember her, Keng begins to pursue Fai, who hasn't let go of her ex-husband. Finding love again in their golden years, elderly couple Jamrat and Sompit make great efforts to see each other every week, but Sompit's family objects to the relationship and Jamrat is slowly but surely losing his memory.

Best of Time is a story of two couples who meet in a short window of time, but their love will last in each other's memories forever.

Keng's love interest is rekindled 8 years later when Fai, Keng's first love, finds a stray dog and serendipitously takes her new found pet to his clinic. Keng finds out Fai and Ohm (Keng's best friend), are now divorced. How can Keng make it work this time when Fai doesn't remember him at all and Keng pretends to not know her either?

Mr. Jamrus and Mrs. Sompit are elderly singles who meet in a computer club and fall deeply in love. You couldn't ask for more at their age, except maybe to cherish your memories of your love forever. But, when Mr. Jamrus is diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and Mrs Sompit's family decides to move the U.S. for good, how can their true love for each other endure?
