Outsider Vol. 2 - Maestro

July 30, 2009 Wonderful album of a talended artist! This album is amazing. Every single track is worth listening and Outsider is not only a good rapper, but a great lyricist. If i'm not mistaken he wrote almost all lyrics. He really put a lot of effort in the song-writting. In an interview with Arirang TV he said before making this album in order to be able to write lyrics that could touch people's heart, he traveled alone (as a backpacker) through Korea and approached strangers and talked to them about life and other things. One of the songs that you can notice this is the track number 05, '외톨이' (Waetooli; Loner).
Besides the touching and well-written lyrics, Outsider's songs also have great melody and arrangements and features his great rapping skills. He raps very fast (he's the fastest rapper in Korea and one of the fastest of the world), but unlike other speed rappers you can hear clearly every world he raps. Another interesting thing is that the speed raps in his songs are not added in vain, they are only added when he wants to show a catharsis of feelings that the lyrics are expressing or when he thinks it makes sense on the song.
So with this album, you'll not only listen to a real rapper with great skills, but also to a true artist that's really devoted to music.

Taebin of 1TYM vol.1
July 14, 2009 Amazing!I know this album was released a long time ago and it's out-of-print, but I had to write something about it.
This album is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Every track is worth listening and all have nice lyrics and great melody. This album is mostly R&B but there are hip-hop and pop songs too. Besides that Danny Im (Taebin) has a beautiful and unique voice. His voice is so smooth and so pleasant to hear that when he sings he's able to make a song sound even more appealing than it is. Like I said, every single song of this album is good and Danny sings each song with passion.
Even if you're not familiar (or even if you're not a fan) of 1TYM and Danny Im (Taebin), you'll still enjoy this album and I'm sure after listening to it, you'll even become a fan of Danny.
This album was released in 2004 and since then I haven't come across a korean cd as good as this. It's year 2009 and I still listen to this CD over and over again.
I'm still waiting for Danny's 2nd solo CD. I heard it's finished already...
I hope they release it someday because I want to hear more fresh songs sung by Danny Im.

Great acting by Park Shin Yang! This drama is amazing, it has great acting performances of all actors and actresses (specially by Park Shin Yang), great pace and exciting story. This is a very fresh, original story and drama specially if you're tired of the same kdrama formula and cliches. I was very surprised with how much I loved this drama because I confess, I like romantic dramas more and when I read the summary of this drama I wasn't very interested in watching it. But I decided to give a try and I'm so glad I did! It's been a while since I watched a drama that made me curious about what was going to happen next, at every episode, my excitment and curiosity about what would happen to the characters and the story became bigger. I have so much pleasure watching this... and Park Shin Yang was one of the big reasons this drama was great. He was able to portray all emotions of his character in a brilliant way. He was amazing in all types of scenes: action, emotion, romantic, angry...all! After watching him in this drama I became a huge fan of his!
I hope people don't judge this serie just because of the ending. Many were disapointed with the ending, but althought it was not the ending I wanted, I completely understood it and I thought it made sense. My only complain about the ending is that it was a little bit rushed. But besides that, I think it's acceptable what happened. And I still loooooooove this serie.
The only bad thing about this serie is the bonus round which was 4 extra episodes made by SBS after the original serie finished. SBS was trying to gain money with the sucess of this serie and also to satisfy the viewers that were disapointed with the last episode. But the Bonus Round is terrible, it makes no sense at and it doesn't add anything to the original story. The bonus round is kinda like a spin-off and not a sequence.
I recommend everyone to just watch the original 16 episodes of 'Money's War' and don't watch the bonus round.
I'm sure you won't regret watching 'Money's War'! It's a thrilling experience! And Park Shin Yang is amazing!
PS: don't watch the bonus round!

(38)Our Price: US$99.99Usually ships within 21 daysJuly 11, 2009 Only 10 first episodes are good, the rest is crap.I have the version released by PMP Entertainment (The Malaysia Version).
Here's the review about the Malaysia Version DVD:
- The eng subtitles are good and they even subbed the song lyrics which I think it was great because it helps getting more in the mood of the drama. The only bad things about the subs is that in a few minutes of a few episodes the subs went out-of-sync, it was annoying but you could still follow and understand what was happening. But in an overall, the subs were very good.
- Picture quality is okay, but my tv is small and old so even if the picture quality wasn't that great I wouldn't notice.
- It comes with extras (Best scenes and NG) and all are english subbed.
And here's my thought about this drama.
Review about this drama:
It has lots of cliches, but the first part of this drama was sweet and touching. It felt like you were watching a romantic movie or one of those touching shoujo animes. There were many beautiful scenes and the character were captivating. BUT... the 2nd part of the drama came and begining from episode 11, 'Winter Sonata' became the worst drama I ever watched! The acting was fine, but the characters started to become annoying and the lines, the plot and everything else became so cheesy and boring. It was like watching one of those terrible soap-opera. The characters had no realistic of believable reasons for their actions, the pace of the drama was slow (3-4 minutes just showing a character crying, 5 minutes showing them playing with snow and lots of other meaningless scenes.). The drama was totally ruined! If this drama had only 10 or even 16 episodes it would have been very good even with all the cliches and repetitive plot. But it had 20 episodes and out of the 10 last episodes, I can count 3-5 scenes that have meaning or deep, the rest was crap.
It was a painful experience having to finish the last 10 episodes of this drama. It's a pity 'Winter Sonata' was ruined like that because I enjoyed the 10 first episodes even though the story was repetitive and full of chiches. Besides that, the actors and actresses were great, but the writer or 'Winter Sonata' mannaged to ruin their characters in such a way that you end hating all characters, except Bae Yong Joon's character that was the only one that remained charismatic and with deep till the end of the serie.
