Formed in 1983, Beyond continues to be Hong Kong's most influential band. To commemorate the fifteenth anniversary of the passing of vocalist/guitarist Wong Ka Kui, the remaining members recently went on stage once more. Beyond Live 1991 takes the listeners back to the time when Beyond was at the zenith of their career and Wong Ka Kui was still part of the band. This release has been recorded on dual CD and DVD featuring songs like "Wish I Could" (CD Side 1 - Track 7), "Cold Rainy Night" (CD Side 1 - Track 10), and their smash hits "Like You" (DVD Side 1 - Track 13) and Amani. In addition live karaoke clips have been included on the DVD's flip side.

This is a brilliant DVD. In this performance you are able to see all the passion and excellent musicianship from these guys. This concert is a true example of what live perfomances are all about. The sound quality and camera work are excellent, and you get a CD of the whole thing aswell!!! Superb bargain! BUY IT NOW!!! Darren, Croydon England. |
