The film centers on a trio of female factory workers who find themselves always on the defensive. Whether it's dealing with aggressive co-workers, street hoods, or even a wicked casino tycoon, the girls have more than their fair share of problems to deal with in this mid-70s action film!

Among the three women, the ballsy "Fearless Ying" (Chen Ping, from The Call Girls and The Sexy Killer) is the definite ringleader. She comes across as a swaggering heroine to just about everyone she meets, but underneath that tough as nails exterior lies the heart of tender woman. But no one really knows the truth; they just see her as the indomitable title character, Big Bad Sis! Noted for his unique directorial style and crackerjack action sequences, director Sun Zhong brings a new level of excitement to the adventures of Fearless Ying and her gal pals. 　　社會寫實電影，為當時被壓迫的女性及弱勢社群吐一口烏氣！車衣廠女工馮英（陳萍）好打不平，勇武過人，被稱為沙膽英，與工廠女工陳芳（莊莉）、李細珠（邵音音）結為金蘭姊妹，三人嚴懲歹徒，為工友們出頭，大快人心，但卻同時得罪了黑道大阿哥（王俠），而大阿哥手下劉偉（王鍾）原來是沙膽英舊情人；當沙膽英落入大阿哥的魔掌，性命岌岌可危之際，陳芳、細珠等女工及大哥成（陳觀泰）趕來，與大阿哥大戰，劉偉犧牲自己，卒將沙膽英營救出險！

　　Sisterhood and girl power is alive in Big Bad Sis, where three textile factory co-workers defend themselves against bullying colleagues, male thugs and a nasty casino boss. Leading the trio is 'Fearless Ying,' a tough-fisted woman on the outside but a girl in love inside. To everyone else though, she is 'Big Bad Sis.' Directed by Sun Chung, who is famous for his sweeping camera work and fluid action. Kung-fu fans will also enjoy kung-fu legend Chen Kuan-tai who appears as a teahouse owner who joins forces with the women.
