BOA - Best of Soul 2005 is a highly entertaining and fun concert. I really enjoy listening to Boa sing in Japanese and think her Japanese pronunciation is very good. She looked really hot & sexy in this concert. She wore a lot of SHORT-shorts and swung those hips when she was dancing.

Boa's performance is excellent. You can tell she put a lot of effort in her singing and dancing. And she has a great way of communicating with her fans. She is always very polite, humble and sweet.

Boa sang many fantastic songs. My most favorites are: Listen to My Heart, Love & Honesty, Jewel Song, Do the Motion, MeriKuri (Merry Christmas), Quincy, Every Heart.

this girl is really truely asian diva.......this concert so awesome.....full dance whole the show....great voice, great stage....toatally great concert....like love n honesty concert 2004....also great concert....boa's still young but....she has her own talant to get through this in so young age.....great.....go BoA....

Ayumi Watch Out! Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
I was very impressed with this concert. Although the sets are not as visually appealing as Ayumi's "My Story", Boa's vocals are very good and the songs are fun, especially her ballads. She and her dancers look hip and current but retain a strong Asian presence and identity that was appealing to me. I felt that I was definitely watching an Asian pop star, not an Asian pop star trying to be Western.

After my first viewing I felt the concert was somewhat redundant, but the more I rewatched, the more I realized how delightful BoA really is. She's definitely going to give Ayumi a run for her money in terms of popularity.

I'd hope that in the future the concert producers do more visually with the sets, as one sees in Ayumi's "My Story"

Wow! This tour was amazing! I wish i could have seen it in person!!She only dances for the opening number, but thats alright because the singing of this tour was amazing!!THe outfits were not great, but they do kinda grow on you! I diffenatly agree that this tour blows all others out of the water! A must BoA fan need!

In my opinion, this is the best tour. People may not like it because their is alot less dancing and big show ness, but the vocals BoA has produced on this tour are much better than the previous ones. After watching 2004, I realised how emotionless half the songs were and watching her drag herself round the stage and trying to sing was a bit disappointing. It is hard to pull off both, especially for a 2 hour show. Watching BoA sing MERI KURI and Every Heart truly touched me and made my eyes glow, thus falling in love with BoA's sweet yet matured voice once again.

The performances were all very good, but some of the costumes that were chosen, and the stage, were not so good xD. The outfits/hair and the cool spaceship stage from the Love&Honesty Tour were alot better... but in terms of singing and dancing they are equal.

This DVD is jam-packed with action that any BoA fan would enjoy. BoA performs all of her greatest hits (and more!) during the performance and the 2nd DVD has extra behind-the-scenese footage! The other Overseas version also comes with Traditional Chinese Subtitles, although it is in VCD format and is 3 discs instead of 2. If you do not have a region-free DVD player and live in Korea (not sure of other places) then this version will actually play ^^... unlike the Japan version. If you are in the U.S. (like me) you can play it on your computer or just get a region-free player.

Can't go wrong with BoA! This concert is definetely one of her best yet, but in terms of special effects, I really loved her previous Love & Honesty tour. She's just acts so real in her concerts. How many artisits do you know of break down and cry on their farewell song? Only BoA! Anyways, does anybody know if the dvd has english subtitles?

This concert is totally awsome! It's much better than her L&H tour because she dances to almost all the up-beat songs unlike she just stands there most of the time in L&H. Though there wasn't a breath taking dance in L&H like "Expect", but overall, the atmosphere is better. I thnk it can even compare to her Valenti concert, which i still think it's the best! But I would wait for the oversea version, it's much cheaper.
