Nice Customer Review Rated Bad 7 - 7 out of 10
I really liked this single, it was really fun to listen to. Key of Heart is really a beautiful song, I especially liked her vocals in this song. The songs got a catchy beat that makes you want to sing along to it. Dotch on the other hand, wasn't really my cup of tea. Just didn't reach the standard for me. But, who knows!
This is a must for all BoA fans.

I love BoA so much but the PV to this song is HILARIOUS. I know BoA is the best dancer in Asia, but this PV does NOT demonstrate that. It looks so funny and most the time, it looks like BoA is not control of her own body...like it's just going crazy on her. Makes me laugh everytime I see it. If you're new to BoA, PLEASE buy CD-ONLY so you'll have a good impression. This PV will just ruin it for you.

The songs are VERY good. I love both "Key Of Heart" and "Dotch". BoA sings so beautifully. Overall, good single 'cept for some slightly embarassing -n- funny looking dance moves in the PV.

I think Key of Heart is a very good song. Better than her previous single, Nanairo no Ashita ~Brand New Beat~/Your Color. I especially love the chorus. As for DOTCH, I can't say it's as good as Key of Heart but it's an okay listen. The music video is also pretty interesting to watch especially when they dance. So I reccommend buying this!

Quick Overview Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
'Key Of Heart' is quite a lively song with a good beat. However, its effect starts of wear off after the first few listens.
The music video is quite well put together and has all components a music video should.
I thought the best part of 'Key Of Heart/Dotch' was infact the song Dotch. It has a very unusual sound to it and kept me happy during the month of August when it was released.
This single is a good one to buy.

Sure, this song has a nice beat and her voice is nice. I find this song 'okay' because after awhile, I got bored of it. 'KEY OF HEART' is one of those songs that after you played 3 times, you immediately switch to something else and don't really listen to this song that much ever again.

Plus, the title doesn't really makes sense either. I don't really understand why she decided on releasing an english version because I couldn't understand anything she was saying besides several words like "why", "key of heart", "smile", and "show". Sure, she's improving but only by a little bit.

Overally, this single isn't THAT great. But if you're one of those unrealistic BoA fans, then sure - waste your money on it. But if you're a realistic fan, I suggest you to save your money and purchase her future works.

After "Outgrow" I think BoA realised that the twist she made was a little more of a good thing and was going back to basic to the J-Pop she used to made, good and fun J-pop, but now with a little more mature sound on it. After BoA's latest single "Nanairo no Ashita ~Brand New Beat~/Your Color", she brings us a new up-tempo song "Key Of Heart" which is really a feel good song. I really like BoA when she sings up-tempo songs, it gives me a good mood. The B-side is also another up-tempo song and is more music to dance too. The first pressing will include the English version of "Key Of Heart" on the CD and the DVD will contain the "Key Of Heart Road Movie". If you couldn't get a copy of the first pressing, don't be sad and buy the Hong Kong (Overseas) version which will also contain the same songs and extra's but you must need a Region 3 or region free DVD-player. Anyway. I really like this single and looking forward to BoA's next single release on October 25, 2006!

The songs themselves are performed really well and are a wonderful listen. However, BoA has done better. Especially with the Key of Heart Music Video. It lacks some of her charm I've seen in her earlier work. I'm still liking her songs, but ever since the MVs from her OUTGROW album I'm beginning to dislike her MVs more and more. The only one from OUTGROW I did like was Everlasting. My personal reccomondation is buy the single, but buy it without the DVD. You'll be glad you did.

Key of Heart is absolutely great. The song has great a beat and BoA's just soars in it. Dotch rocks just as well. It gets me movin', and since I am a bboy I love listening to it. I enjoyed listening to the English Version of Key of Heart. She's improved a lot although with just a little more practice, she'll get even better. Overall, great CD!!

This is such a nice, fresh, summery single. KEY OF HEART is a wonderful song. It's nothing special or unique, but I can't stop playing it. DOTCH is just okay. This track might have to grow on me. It kind of reminds me more of her Korean style. Her English has improved so much in the KEY OF HEART English version, though it's still not entirely understandable at points (from a native English speaker's perspective). I had to look at the lyrics.
