it was an okay album

i really loved these songs so much for a while about,a year ago and now they are a little bit cheesy this ,in my opinion is probably her worst KOREAN album but that doesnt mean im saying its such a bad album its a quite good album like the title track"no.1",and "my sweetie",and then the beutifal ballad and sad MV "waiting" \ another favorite of mine on this album is a song called "tragic" its just catchy and then "beat it" its a pretty good song and lastly probabaly "dear my love" and "happiness lies" those are all my favorites i DO reccomend this album to any BoA fan but its not her best album |

Not a Bad Sophomore Album ^______^
| First off, if you were to compare this album with her debut album "Id; Peace B," you'll realize how HARD she's been working her butt off on trying to improve her musical talent. Her voice totally matured and she was able to grab the pitches a lot easier. The song "No. 1" was like the FIRST BoA song that I listened to before I knew the existence of BoA... and it was also the first song that I've liked for a long time after listening to her other songs. I know it's kinda pretty late to write a review on this album... but I still say this is one of her best albums. No. 1 is an awesome up-to-beat song. It makes you feel "childish" (in a good way) when you listen to it (and mind ya'll, I'm only 18...). The dances are pretty cute too but I didn't really like how the camera view kept on changing like almost EVERY second in the "No.1" music video. What impresses me is that she wrote the lyrics AND composed the songs "Dear My Love..." and "Realize." The song "Dear My Love" is a beautiful slow song while "Realize" holds a faster tempo. I just didn't like how BoA raises her voice a bit for a sec at times and the lowers it back to normal in her song "Dear My Love..." but it's all good. Kang Ta, a great Korean singer and songwriter and composer, wrote the lyrics and composed the songs "Waiting" (a GORGEOUS song omg I love it!!) and the song "Beat it!" True, her music sounds pretty similar throughout her whole album... but since they're all sweet and beautiful and juss plain AWESOME, you prob wouldn't care if you listen to it repeatedly. *sigh*... If only I can understand Korean, I'd prob like this album TONS more... and the English translations sorta bring down your impression on the album SO DON'T READ THE ENGLISH TRANSLATIONS unless you really don't care... BUT YES BUY THIS ALBUM YA'LL BOA FANS!! |

Very worthwhile
|
Being a white Australian who had only just "discovered" K-Pop, I'd never heard BoA sing when I ordered this cd. I was gambling on good reviews and hoping I'd like it for the money I was paying. Even though I don't speak a word of Korean, there is still much to enjoy from BoA's singing. Her voice is extremely good for such a young singer. I recommend it to anyone. |

Really good, but not what I expected
| I went to Korea to and bought this cd. It was pretty good, but I kept getting sick of the songs. It's one of those songs that you can maybe listen to 5 times a month or something and afterwards it gets all tiring. I really like the song Every Heart. |

Amazing!
| This CD was amazing. This CD is what made me a fan of BoA. The main song, "No. 1" is catchy and lively, something I love to just get up and dance to. There are many other wonderful songs on here, including a special bonus track, "Listen to my Heart", which is another great song. And you can pop this CD in your computer and see interviews, listen to the songs and see lyrics. There is even a photo gallery to see. All in all, this is probably the greatest CD I own. |

This is too tight
| Well listening to Boa makes me feel energetic with a lack of pride. Listening to the groovy musics and the slow ones. Doesn't matter in anyway, it all sounds good. A friend gave me this cd and i really love it. Thanks. |
