My Favorite BoA Album!
My Favorite BoA Album!
| This album is amazing and it's actually my favorite BoA album. I love when Boa sings powerful songs and this album is full of them. I still love this album about her new ones and I wish she'd stick to this genre, but I realize the difference between korean and japanese music culture. She's been in japan for a while, so I can't wait until she comes back to korea. ^_^ |

Good but not her best
|
The repackage version of MOTO, comes with some extra videos which I find not the best quality, actually horrible quality when I played it in my computer. The image for the moto repackage thawt is use on the cover, is used on the back, and also use on the extra CD. Frankly that didn't impress me instead it dissappointed me. The songs, I do adore, most are funky and upbeat. I enjoy her fast pace songs more than the ballads which I think sounds a bit the same each time. Nothing really outsanding. The only ballad i liked, and was the shortest was Autumn Letter, beautiful vocals there. In short don't buy the MOTO repackage verision, it isn't really worth it, just buy the original girls on top album =) Unless you want the extra CD of course |

When I ordered this, I didn't imagine I'd be SO impressed. Of course, BoA's Korean is wayyyyy better than her Japanese...so that's why I wanted it. Her Japanese works are too overrated actually. Her Korean stuff is what's the best. I wish she'd do more of it. This album is really amazing. I didn't know BoA was THIS wonderful at Hip Hop until I ordered it. I love every song -n- the ballads will take your breath away. It's so cheap too!!! I'd charge more for such a wonderful album!!! It's almost just as good as her latest Japanese release, "Made In Twenty"! Next, I'm gonna order all her other Korean works that I don't own already! It's so different. LOVE IT! |

Change Of Style
|
'Girls On Top' shows a dramatic change in BoA's style of music. Following songs such as My Sweetie and Shy Love from the album 'NO. 1' which are classified as cute, powerful music with a more punk type of beat to it from this album left me shocked. 'Girls On Top' includes the famous songs Moto and Girls On Top which gear more to the "American" style of music. Everyone should at least give the songs a listen. You may be surprised that you like it that much! |

Funky, but not all quality
Funky, but not all quality
| Girls on Top is on-par with her previous 4 main albums (except I didnt like My Name) - in that like most albums, not just BoA's, have some really good tracks (mostly the singles), some ok ones... and some u just can't listen to. Hardcore fans will learn to love them all (i think) but since I'm not, I have to say this album aint that good, but then again aint that bad either. I like the new style of music, its funky!! Shame her image was kinda dissapointing. MOTO and Girls on Top are my favourites. Also the slow song Love Can Make a Miracle. |

YOU KNOW BOA BEATS THE BEST!
YOU KNOW BOA BEATS THE BEST!
| Best Korean album so far! The title song Girls on Top shows a rather powerful image of BoA, her strong vocals really match the lyrics which fully express her feelings about females being treated unfairly. First track Moto has a great beat to it and will get you dancing from the first second! Some slow songs like "If You Were Here" truely shows BoA's awesome vocal talent, her breathing control is simply amazING! "Autumn Letter" is short but sweet, the four lines of lyrics will linger in your heart for a LONG~~~ while. |

| Actually, I love the Japanese albums as well, although in Korean the songs are better and have more passion. I love the song MOTO. I first saw BoA on KMC with My Name, and I had to have it. Maybe if those songs were translated into Japanese, she'd be even more successful. I'd love to hear a Japanese version of Moto and My Name. Overall, BoA rocks! |

DEFINITELY check it out if you DIDN'T LIKE BoA at

Awesome album! I actually was never a real fan of BoA's music before this. I've always thought of her music style as too Britney-pop-like so I never got into her aside from her looks. After listening to this album, I've totally changed my mind about her and went back to find her older stuff... I never knew how much hip-hop/r&b-influence she had in her music. My most favorite song on this album by far is: Garden in the Air. |
