A little older, a little wiser, but always in tune with the sounds of youth, Taiwan's top rock band Mayday is releasing their sixth album, Born to Love. Over the years, Mayday has created some of Taiwan's biggest hits and attracted a worldwide fanbase with their loud, energetic rock songs and wistful acoustic numbers. For their sixth album, the band continues to make distinctly Mayday-style music, presenting 13 all new rock numbers.

Revolving around the universal theme of love, Born to Love is especially meaningful for the band as the album is dedicated to the newest members of the Mayday family, drummer Guan You's newborn daughter and guitarist Stone's soon-to-be-born baby. The band spent a month recording the album in Japan, and traveled especially to Europe, Asia, and Africa to shoot their music video. Their company also designed new alternative images for all the band members to show a different side of Mayday. Fans have been eagerly waiting over a year for this new album, and Mayday proves once again that not only are they Born to Love, they are also born to rock.
