Ruby Lin and Lu Yi star kin this modern day version of Cinderella.
Ruby Lin portrays Su La who goes through thick and thin with her pal Yan Ruyu (Zeng Li). Whenever they have to confront any setbacks they mutually encourage each other. After graduating from a renowned university in Shanghai, they pledge to set up a big career and both find employment in a travel agency. By chance Su La runs into the successful and young CEO Qiu Shi who is captivated by the girls charm and purity. However, since Su La has been hurt in a former love affair, she hesitates to open her heart to Qiu Shi and invests all her time into her career.

一次偶然的機會，蘇拉結識了事業有成的年輕CEO邱石（陸毅飾）。邱石被蘇拉的清醇氣質深深吸引，並傾情於她，從而開始了花樣百齣的追求。但出於強烈的自尊心，也由於剛剛受過感情上的傷害，蘇拉不願意向邱石敞開心扉，並決心將全部熱情投入到自己的旅遊事業中。
在激烈的社會與工作競爭中，蘇拉因好友同事顏如玉出賣旅行社資料並嫁禍於她而失業。失業不失志的蘇拉，聯合昔日同事景颯經營了一家女子酒吧，經歷了從門可羅雀到紅紅火火的多番周折……
面對外表柔弱內心卻堅強的蘇拉，邱石拋開了CEO的高傲，一次次向蘇拉伸出援助之手，一對歷經坎坷的戀人終成眷屬。
Frustrated in love and career, Shula and Yan Ruyu, graduates from a famous Shanghai university, find new jobs in the same travel agency. These two friends encourage each other, determined to open up a new world of their own.
Qiushi, a young CEO meets Shula by chance and falls in love with her at the first sight, deeply attracted by her purity. He then tries every means to win her love. But Shula, out of dignity on the one hand and fearing to be hurt in love again on the other, does not accept his love and devotes to her new job.
facing the intense business competition, Yan Ruyu sells out the travel agency's secret information and then puts the blame on Shula, which leads to her unemployment. Shela, not disappointed, opens a women's bar of her own with the help of her former colleagues. This bar attracts few customers at first but soon becomes prosperous.
Learning that Shula is delicate in appearance but firm in mind, Qiushi throws off his conceit and gives her a hand whenever necessary. They finally get married after a series of frustrations.

| Nothing brilliant about this drama. I was expecting a bit more from Ruby. She and Lu Yi make a lovely couple. Though he is a male chauvinist, he is rather sweet in his own way. With such a young, handsome, successful, rich golden bachelor who loves her and wants to protect her, the least she could do is to make a little sacrifice so as to please him. There are little discrepancies throughout but just ignore them and enjoy. |

i loved this
| wow. the first time i watched this, i couldn't stop. had to watch it over and over again. a rich guy who falls in love with a normal girl who just yearns for love. ruby's great in this film. the theme song is 'ta yi ding hen ai ni.' awesome song. really great film. |

| The theme song is Ta Yi Ting Hen Ai Ni (Translated: He surely loves you very much) sung by A-do. Also, can someone tell me what was the gift given by Lu-Yi to Ruby during her birthday? The scene where they were having a fight at the train station. It was in a box that Lu-Yi left on top of garbage bin. I can't seem to figure it out. Please... |

| I bought the movie and watched it more than once. It's a great movie, and their songs are very nice. Does anyone know who sang the theme song, or what's the title of that theme song. PLEASE!!!!! I'm dying to know what's the name of the song, or the artist who sang it. |
