birdの約2年振りとなるオリジナルフルアルバムが遂に完成!! 出産という女性としての大きな経験を経て、初の作品となる今作のテーマは"人生/人が生まれてから死んでゆくまで"のストーリーを追った作品作りであり、今まで通り全作詞はbird本人によるもの。昨年1月、本人が単身一人旅で行ったインドの地で閃いたアイデアを元に、人生の中で誰にでも訪れる"人として経験する出来事"をアルバムの曲順を追う事に紐解いていく、コンセプト・アルバムでもありつつ、偶然にも自身の体験"出産=生まれる"ともリンクした、自身にとっても身近な内容の興味深いアルバム。プロデュースには、冨田恵一を起用!! 2003年発売の冨田ラボ1st Album「Shipbuilding」で参加した「道」以来となるコラボレーション。
