Summer is around the corner and what would a J-pop summer be without some fresh tunes from the Hello! Project music factory. The latest all-girl unit to emerge from the top franchise has been named High King and includes Yajima Maimi from C-ute, Shimizu Saki from Berryz Kobo, Maeda Yuka from Hello Pro Egg, and Takahashi Ai and Tanaka Reina from Morning Musume. In June High King will collaborate with all-female theater group Takarazuka Revue to stage the Rogers and Hammerstein musical version of Cinderella in Shinjuku. This release includes the song C/C (Cinderella / Complex) that will be featured in the musical.

Eclectic funk with a jazzy hip-hop beat combined with sexy choreography makes this an extremely enjoyable feast of sight and sound.
