No, This is a great CD. Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Ever since I heard the song "Tsuki to amai namida" I was a fan of CHARA's. I downloaded that song by accident, thinking it was the song "amai namida" by hitomi. Let me tell you I'm glad I made this mistake, CHARA is now one of my favorite Japanese singers. Great songs on this album include "amai namida", "Milk", "Atashi wa koko yo", "Shima Shima no bambi", "Yasashii Kimochi", "Time Machine", "70% yugure no uta", "Swallotail Butterfly", "Junior Sweet," "Duca," I think it also has "Hikari to Watashi". All of the songs on the album are good... but I wish they would've included "Watashi wa kawaii hito iwaretai" or "tiny tiny", but tiny tiny is on her other best cd. I would recommend this newer best CD over the old one. It's too bad her new singles "Lemon Candy" and "Skirt" weren't on here.... they're probably my favorites.

is this the best of chara? Customer Review Rated Bad 6 - 6 out of 10
This is another album I decided to try blind. Chara voice is weird and kinda childish, and it took some time getting used to. However, I like the songs for the most part, and they are fun to listen to. There isn't really a song I don't like, but there are only one or two that make me glad that I spent the money on the CD. Milk is a fun slow song, and is my favorite track by far. Tsuki to amai namida is the other. Besides that none of the songs struck me as being particularly good. It's not bad, but it's not good either.
