August 26, 2006 OriginalityI agree with reviewer, maihuong. So many aritsts in today's world of popular culture begins with a certain style that expresses their personality which describes their originality, but as time progresses they alter their style to conform to the typical styles of other performers that seems to most please the audience. Conforming to the public's interests is important, but converting to someone else's style and image that seems to be more popular may or may not articulate Jay's unique personality which describes himself. I fell in love with Jay Chou's music and talent because of the way he expresses himself in his music, if he is induced by the public to alter his image and style, his personality in his music would be lost. November 22, 2005 BEAUTIFUL ALBUM~!
At first when i saw the album i new right away that this album's style is going to be diffrent from previous albums. I was sort of dissapointed at this accusation because i was really into Jay's style of singing in previous albums, until i finally decided to listen to his most recent and i thought it was amazing.
