　　電台節目監製成家立(曾江)，是典型住家男人，對比他年輕十多歲的妻子李冬冬(黎美嫻)呵護備至。節目主持人關麗華(鄭裕玲)為立之同事，外表是女強人，內裡則小鳥依人，對丈夫曾健強(戴志偉)千依百順。
　　一次電台家庭聚會，強邂逅冬，兩人相逢恨晚，展開一段婚外情，最後二人更分別要求離婚。華和立晴天霹靂，設法補救，終告失敗。自此兩人經常互相指摘，成為鬥氣冤家。
