Hot summer single! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
"Chase" was released hot on the heels of the Cutie Honey-inspired "Love and Honey" CD/DVD single. The steamy beats of both the title track and its B-side make for a hot summer soundtrack.

"Chase," with its saxophone-driven melody, is an instantly catchy tune. The upbeat song describes Kumi's desire not to be chased, but to be the one doing the chasing. ;) Rapper Megaryu joins Kumi for "Heat," a strong, sexy dance track.

Ku has done it again Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
Ku been roll since the release of the single "Gentle Words". This is her 12th single called Chase. The song is uptempo and could be described as a mixture of Into Your Heart and Nasty girl. The vocals show Ku's versatility in the fact that she can sing very deeply, yet that she can beat Ayu in a contest of who has the cuter more "nasal" voice. The PV for Chase is great, and ranks up there with Cutie Honey and Crazy 4 U. The songs lyrics from what I can tell talk about how she is a tease, and doesn't want men to chase her. But that the whole game of love can be a chase, and that she is waiting for their love. Overall the song is a great uplifting happy sounding yet unique song. Some people complain of it's length but it has a perfect timing. Overall this single is a must buy for an J-pop lover.
