well i know for certain that the dvd does NOT have english subtitles i wish there was but if you were to buy either one i would say the photobook cos it has 2 extra songs to it but of course you could still get both and support them x
with the shipping, if you are just buying the album then it is going to cost some money but i cant remember how much but if you get over a certain aount of dollars then its free shipping and also i used standard shipping since i think its alot safer x
