Chemistry 2001-2011 includes two discs: Disc one is 15 of Chemistry's hit singles dating back to single debut Pieces of a Dreams, while disc two is a mix of Chemistry favorites chosen by the fans and those chosen by the two members themselves. The album also includes the duo's latest 2011 singles A Better Tomorrow and Merry-go-round.

This edition includes a collection of the group's best music videos and their making of on DVD.
