講解：陳永福（西安市武協委員，教練 西安萃華武術館副館長）
此拳為陳廷原編，傳至十一世陳正如後漸失傳。陳氏太極拳是陳廷在陳氏108式長拳的基礎上，汲取各派武術精華後所創編的。到陳氏12世時，習練108式長拳的人已經很少了。當時精通108式長拳的陳氏門徒郭永福（有說是陳氏12世陳不浮，後隨其母姓郭，改名永福）因見義勇為誤傷人命，逃亡山西省洪洞縣一帶，將長拳傳到那�堙A（即現在山西省流傳的通背拳，太原地區稱“無極纏拳”）。從此，陳氏108式長拳在陳氏家族中就漸漸失傳了。1975年，陳氏太極拳第十一代陳立清大師為將其失傳已久的陳氏108式長拳找回，不辭艱辛，走訪山西許方慶老師，除交流之外，並向許學回了陳氏108式長拳。
