　　A historical, martial arts saga inspired by Spartacus, Chess Warriors details the symbolic bout for power between the emperors of China and Mongolia in a fight for fortresses and riches. Rather than resorting to bloody warfare, however, both emperors agreed to resolve the conflict in a human war game of Chinese chess, using real life warriors as chess pieces and eliminating them via Gladiator-style fights. As China's emperor sustains stunning loss and evades the subsequent assassination attempts, his remaining two "chess warriors" vow for a rematch with the Mongolians as they refine their fighting skills. One of the best series I've seen. Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Chess warriors is very non-cliche, and when you think something cheesy is going to happen, it gives you a pleasant twist from the norm. This series is very funny, and there wasn't a character I disliked. I don't know why this series isn't really popular like a lot of others.

The chess warrior is the best movie i have ever seen. The movie are more interesting with the help of Dicky Cheung, he is the funniest person. I really love the movie, the people who haven't had chances to watch, try to enjoy it, it is the best movie, i fink hehe :)
