Singer-songwriters Chet Lam and the Pancakes (a.k.a. Dejay) first crossed paths at the 2004 Hong Kong Arts Festival. Both of them went on to become big names in the Hong Kong indie music scene, so their first collaboration in four years, their joint concert series One Cake One Live held in October 2008, was bound to be exciting. This release consists of one DVD with 22 songs from the concerts totaling over 80 minutes, and one 18-track CD. Songs include Chet's The Best is Yet to Come, "Eden Without Eve", the Pancakes' award-winning McDull main theme "Gum Gum Gum", and The OK Thing to Do on Sunday Afternoon is to Toddle in the Zoo, a song by indie band my little airport.
