During World War 2, a young man named Chow is ambushed by a band ninja in the forest. He's able to get away with the help of a family, but the father dies and asks Chow to protect his daughter, named Sakata. The pair arrives in a small town and Chow enters a local martial arts championship. But the ninja are never far away, signaling a possible incursion by the Japanese army. Lucky for them, there's the Four Little Fortunes, a group of kung-fu kids led by Master Way (Chin Ka Lok)! Using their martial arts skills and pint-sized power, the group rallies to protect the girl and save their nation from the Japanese invaders!
