Hot in Hong Kong as an up-and-coming actor, emcee, DJ, stage director, and one of the Super Trio game show co-hosts, now Wong Cho Lam can add one more profession to his name: a budding singer-songwriter backed by idol-makers EEG. The diminutive yet multi-talented artist is well-known for his masterful comedic performances and vocal acting, and he certainly is no stranger to singing having previously sung some kid show songs, but his lyric writing credentials are only just getting recognized, too. His aptly titled debut album Cho Lam Everywhere features first plug "Impatience" (Track 1) and other cuts, including "Piggy Baby Un-Gu-Gu" (Track 2), "Lookalikes" (Track 6), and "Beauty and the Beast" (Track 9), many of which are written by Cho Lam himself.

Cho Lam's excellent performance is no surprise. He graduated from Academy of Performing Arts with first honour. His live is so amazing good and even better than many HKG singers. He is a song writer. It is so encouraging. If TVB gives him the best new singers award, I will say it is no cheating, and not because of their relationship. I strongly recommend Track 5 - 成就. The words tell my feeling. I always remember my Dad when I listen to the song even he is in heaven now. I also recomend Trakc 1, 2, 4, 6, 10. I hope he will have a successful future. Emmanuel, my brother. |
