한국 최초의 혼혈돌로 주목 받으며 2011년 여름을 뜨겁게 달구었던 ‘쇼콜라’가 오는 12월 첫 번째 미니 앨범으로 다시 한 번 우리 곁을 찾아온다.
‘쇼콜라’의 이번 미니앨범 타이틀 곡 ‘I LIKE IT’은 ‘소녀시대’의 ‘소원을 말해봐’를 만들었던 스웨덴 작곡가 팀의 작품! 21세기 음악 디지털 사운드가 첨부된 신선한 복고풍 댄스 곡으로, 단순하지만 정직한 소녀들의 감성을 고스란히 전달하면서 사랑할 때 생겨나는 호르몬과 같은 느낌을 리듬에 담아 듣고 있으면 마치 사랑에 빠진 듯 황홀해지는 기분을 선사하는 신나는 곡이다.
두 번째 곡 ‘하루만 더’는 멤버 각각의 성숙하고도 매력적인 보이스로 사랑을 쟁취하고자 하는 이의 절실한 감정을 표현한 발라드로 ‘동방신기’와 ‘김현중’ 등 여러 뮤지션과 작업한 ‘DWB’가 작곡하였으며 현재 미국에서 촬영 중인 영화의 테마 곡으로 삽입될 예정. 그 외 재즈풍의 발라드 ‘싫어 싫어’, 짝사랑하는 여자의 심정을 애닯게 노래한 ‘너만을 보고 너만을 그리는’ 등 총 5곡이 수록되었다.

I've been a fan of Chocolat ever since they debuted and I knew they already had potential so I'm very glad that they're getting a lot of recognition now, not because of they 'bi-racial group' label but because they have talent.. and they make good music. No regrets on my purchase, all the songs were fantastic. I totally recommend this. I wish they had included Syndrome though since it's their first single and unlike other people who dislike it, it's actually one of my favourite kpop songs. Hopefully they're include it in their full album :) Can't wait for more albums to come~! |

Just randomly found a MV of chocolat on internet and fell in love with them! though they are not yet super famous now but i believe they will be popular!~~ i expected them pretty and girly from their appearance but i also found from the performances that they could also be sexy and energetic~~~ this album is reli good all the songs are great, i m repeating them with my ipod! hope they will release more songs on a real CD form~~~! |
