August 25, 2009 Only SNSD album that's worth itI'm not a SNSD fan myself but i really did love this album.
The Album Itself: Honestly, i was really disappointed as i think SNSD are beautiful girls, but the pictures just seemed boring to me. I would have thought they would have looked much better, and as seeing how it came in square form the pictures aren't that big.
The Song Itself: I thought they were great to be honest, but not excellent. I really do love the song 'Genie' as it it quite addicting, the chorus i wouldn't call addicting, but the girls individual parts are really addicting to sing along too. I was disappointed though that it ONLY showcased Taeyeon's amazing vocals. 'Etude' was actually enjoyable too listen, though i hated that they were still doing the cute concept, something about this song reels you in. 'Girlfriend' was the only song i could not stand from this mini-album, as they sing like5 year old girls as i thought they have matured, it was a major turn off and quite annoying. 'Boyfriend' has got to be my favorite song, as it is the most mature song and has a sort of 'Britney Spears' hook that you cannot stop listening too, the most recommended song to listen too. 'One Year Later' shows Jessica's feminine vocals which i completely love and i cannot stop listening too, although i would have wish the other girls would have solos too.
Overall, this is worth your money rather than 'Girls' Generation' and 'Gee'. They have matured a lot.
If you are a new SNSD fan this is the album too buy to make you more addicted. Although i wished the pictures were a bit better & bigger(longer) and the album wasn't so papery, be careful with it.Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

August 25, 2009 DisappointingThe Album itself: The whole packaging is EXCELLENT. Much better than 'The Wonder Years' and 'The Wonder Years: Trilogy' as it has much more photos which are high quality and that they should reel you in at first sight, you would spent a long time just looking at these. Although the placement of the CD is really bad, i would still buy it for the photos if you are a obsessed WG fan and are planning to PS these.
The Album itself: I would not waste my money on this. 'The Wonder Years' and 'The Wonder Years:Trilogy' are much more worth of your money as the songs are completely new, as with this you only get 'So Hot' which the buyer should have listened to a 1000 times before bought, while you get 2 new songs which are not memorable at all, and you receive 'Tell Me' which the buyer should have listened to 1000 times too. Generally, you're buying the album for only 2 songs as the 'So Hot' and 'Tell Me' are old.
I would only recommend this to complete Wonderfuls, but to new Wonderfuls it's not that worth it.
I would however recommend you to buy 'The Wonder Years' as it is a full-album and 'The Wonder Years: Trilogy' if you are a starting Wonderful as they songs reel you in and are much more memorable & addicting hooks to listen too. The only thing that is worth on this album are the pictures themselves. I'm disappointed as a Wonderful myself.Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -
Wonder Girls : The Wonder Years – Trilogy : Nobody
Wonder Girls : The Wonder Years – Trilogy : Nobody
(11)Our Price: US$10.99List: US$15.99Save: US$5.00 (31%)Usually ships within 1 to 2 daysAugust 25, 2009 Shows their true vocalsThe album itself: The whole packaging isn't very good as it would tear easily. The photos though are excellent quality, and you would keep looking at the pictures for a long period of time as they have a very nice feeling looking at them. The album comes in a rectangular shape and the pictures are very good compared to other albums that the pictures come very small.
The songs: The 'Intro' is very addicting to listen too as it gives you goosebumps of Sunye and Yeeun's amazing vocals. Nobody is extremely catchy and i don't think i don't need to tell people how addicting it is. 'I Tried' is a very mellow song, but very boring and not memorable to listen too, the chorus doesn't reel you in either. 'Saying I Love' is beautifully composed considering Yeeun is still learning, it may be not be perfect composing but it is very memorable as Sohee's pre-chorus is addicting to sing along too and the chorus itself is very moving and memorable because of Sunye & Yeeun's vocals.
Although, i would have wished a full album as the instrumentals are just there, the albums songs are still excellent. The packaging should have been better but the songs will not disappoint as they are very addicting to sing along too, and also since the instrumentals are there. This mini-album is much better than 'So Hot Mini-Album'Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

(14)Our Price: US$12.99List: US$18.99Save: US$6.00 (32%)Usually ships within 7 daysAugust 25, 2009 MediocreThe album itself is papery and very easy to tear so be careful with it.
The only good songs too listen too are 'Girls Generation', 'Into The New World' and 'Merry-Go-Round'.
The reviews these fans are making are simply because they love SNSD and are blinded by the beauty of SNSD
These songs are for ages 3-10. 'Tinkerbell' is an excellent song, but the over-all feel to it feels stupid.
Full-Albums are majority of the reasons why people love the group but this album is just disappointing.
I find that 'Genie' is a much better choice than this as they have grown much more mature, and the songs are MUCH bearable to listen too.
Not worth your money as the songs get old FAST as to 'Gee mini-album' and 'Genie mini-album' songs are much memorable.Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

Full-Albums will always be the best. There aren't much pictures compared to So Hot/Nobody, but the songs are way better.
I would have to recommend 'Take It' and 'I Wanna' the songs too listen too - Take It is a very mellow song and should be liked the first listen, & I Wanna shows the amazing vocals WG actually have & Yoobin's rapping tops it all off. Yoobin's vocals are not up to par, but still able to listen too.
Sohee's vocals are completely melodic to listen to, i really think she is one of the good singers, her voice is just of a different range which makes her voice unique, my family seem to love her voice.
Overall, an excellent album and not disappointing as to So Hot & Nobody.
I highly recommend this song to ALL WG fans and new WG fans, this album will truly help you love them even more.Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

Although i do find it overpriced for only 4 songs.
Should have added at least an instrumental song.
Wonder Girls all have a different range of vocals. They each have their own separate part. Unlike all of them singing at once. Which makes you favorite that certain part of that song.
Wonder Girl Yubin never fails to impress me. Making her part my favorite with each song they have.
10/10
I can tell the people who give them bad reviews are usually antiWG who didn't buy the album at all.Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This)
