well for this piece you have to have 2 piercings.
you dont need a cartildge, ur second hole is fine.
it has a "gangsta" type of look when you wear it.

i loved it.
they seem smaller than what is in the photo
but they match your ear perfectly,
for those who wonder,
you dont need a cartilidge piercing,
& when you get the earring,
theres 3 pieces (parts) of it,
overall these were just pure love,
