With good looks and strong vocal and dancing skills, newcomer Chung Lim drew a lot of attention even before his debut. For his debut mini album, he teams up with top producer Jang Joon Ho (Shinhwa, MC Mong) and composer Kwon Tae Eun (g.o.d., Wonder Girls). It features five tracks including the titular Step which refers to wanting to step closer to the person you hold dear, as well as Chung Lim's first step into a music career. The hip-hop tune features rap artist Benzi, and the song's music music video presents an impressive dancing performance by Chung Lim. Another song to look out for on Chung Lim's debut album is the R&B ballad "Chewed Chewing Gum" (Track 1).

방송가에서 화제의 대형신인으로 알려진 비공개 가수인 ‘청림’의 첫 번째 미니앨범 STEP이 발매되었다

‘청림’의 데뷔 앨범은 프로듀서 권태은과 MC몽, 신화, 이민우, 손담비 등을 프로듀싱하고 작업했던 프로듀서 장준호가 작업하며 청림의 첫 미니앨범의 완성도를 높였다.
‘청림’의 첫 미니앨범은 ‘씹다 버린 껌’, ‘STEP’, ‘담배 끊기’, ’내마음속에’, ’STEP REMIX’ 총5곡이 수록되어 있으며 첫 번째 ‘씹다버린 껌’ 다른 사람을 사랑하는 여자친구에게 버림받은 상황을 씹다 버린 껌에 비유해 직설적인 은유적인 표현의 가사가 매우 인상적인 R&B Ballad곡이며 누구나 공감할 수 있는 독특한 가사와 애절한 멜로디가 청림만의 색깔 는 보컬이 돋보이는 곡이다.
‘청림’의 미니앨범 타이틀이자 데뷔곡인 ‘STEP’은 비, GOD, 원더걸스 등을 프로듀싱하고 작업했던 JYP수석 프로듀서 출신의 권태은이 프로듀서가 청림을 위해 특별히 작사작곡한 곡으로 힙합씬에서 새롭게 주목받고 있는 신예랩퍼 Benzi가 피쳐링을 참여한 곡이며 기존에 있던 음악들 중에서도 세련미가 돋보이는 곡으로 사랑하는 여인에게 한걸음씩 다가서겠다는 가사 그대로의 의미와 신인가수 ‘청림’이 세상을 향해 첫걸음을 시작한다는 이중적인 의미가 담겨져 있다.

all of 青林ChungLiM his 5 tracks in this mini album 《STEP》～are all great and worth collecting ～＊ i especially interested in track of 4th～ a very nice song ～i would like to recommend you to listen to the song as well～^-^ 。。。and i'm looking excited forward to ChungLiM青林 his 2nd mini album comes out on September。。。yeah～^_______^ |
