With the backing of Jay Chou, 2009 JVR Music newcomer Cindy Yen makes her debut as a singer-songwriter. Her self-composed first single "Drawing Sand", a classical number with R&B elements, is notably Jay's first duet that is not written by himself. For her self-titled debut album, the versatile Cindy composed and produced all 10 songs, plus played piano and violin and also provided backing vocals. In the lyrics department, she enlisted the likes of Vincent Fang, Huang Jun Lang, and Nan Quan MaMa's Lara to put words to music.

The CD comes with Cindy's travel journal and a bonus DVD containing two music videos.
