If you're new to Crystal Kay.. Customer Review Rated Bad 7 - 7 out of 10
Tyte that Crystal Kay is half African American and half Korean speaking and singing in fluent Japanese. And she's becoming more popular in Japan. Yeah! Anyway, this is a great album if you're like me, and don't know any of her music. This is all of her best songs on one disc. Most of them are good. LOST CHILD is my favorite song. It's got a waltz-like feeling to it, but has a beautiful melody and lyrics. Her vocals are very good, and I think they surpass many Japanese singers. Lead me to the End is a great ballad with strong vocals and nice melody. Motherland is the ending song from Full Metal Alchemist. It's not really my favorite though. Boyfriend -part II- is a mix of pop and r&b and is ok as well. Eternal Memories was her debut song at only the age of 13?? but you can't tell by her singing! Composed by popular anime song writer, Yokko Kanno, this is a beautifully composed piece, and one of my favorites. Hard to say features rap group Sphere of Influence, and is a pop/hip hop song which is cute. I LIKE IT features M-flo, and is the only "hip-hop" like song on the album. Her style is mainly pop or pop/r&b. Great album to listen to.
