高速道路の事故現場でレスキューの制止を振り切って治療を続けた罰で謹慎を命じられたフェローの藍沢耕作（山下智久）、白石恵（新垣結衣）、緋山美帆子（戸田恵梨香）、藤川一男（浅利陽介）、フライトナースの冴島はるか（比嘉愛未）。ようやく一週間の謹慎が解け、業務に戻ったフェロー達。ところが、爆発現場で事故に巻き込まれ右腕の切断を余儀無くされた黒田脩二（柳葉敏郎）は、救命救急部部長の田所良明（児玉清）にリハビリに専念する意志を告げ、三井環奈（りょう）らシニアドクターに挨拶を済ませると、フェロー達に一言も告げず病院を去ってしまう。黒田に一言の挨拶もされることのなかったフェロー達の心境は複雑だった。一方、大腿骨を骨折して入院中だった藍沢の母・絹江（島かおり）はリハビリを続けていた。せん妄を患い、藍沢の顔もわからなくなっていた絹江にある日、変化が…。そんな時、ドクターヘリの出動要請が入る。多数の乗客が乗った列車が脱線事故を起こしたらしい。大事故の発生にタッチアンドゴーで次々と現場へ急行するフェロー達。果たして黒田を欠いた状態で患者を救うことができるのか。そして、遂に恐れていた事態が起きてしまう…。フェロー達の身に降りかかる別れ。それはフェロー達にとってどんな意味を持つのか…。 ＶＦＸメイキング／ノンクレジットタイトルエンディング／フェロー達の素顔に密着！メイキング映像
