Up-and-coming Hong Kong band Kolor rocks out with their debut album Color. Formed in 2005, the band consists of vocalist and guitarist Sammy, lead guitarist Robin, bassist Ko Fung, and drummer Michael. The band's name and album title reflect their desire to draw from different colors and sounds to create their own unique musical compositions, and they're certainly heading in the right direction with their debut effort. Color features ten energetic pop emo rock tracks with piercing lyrics and high crossover appeal. Songs like "Raise Hand" (Track 1), "Day and Night" (Track 5), and "Backup" (Track 6) speak easily to the perspectives of modern young people.
