Today, most of the members from the girl group Sugar, which disbanded in 2006, are working on their own solo careers. Lee Ayumi signed with SM Entertainment, Lee Harin is trying to make it big in Japan, and Yook Hye Sung is building a career as an actress. Music lovers should still be delighted to experience some of the girls' past Sugar hits including Himawari, LOVEACCELE, and Heartful, all featured on their second album, COLORS 4 WISHES, from autumn 2005.

Wonderful SOPHOMORE Album
| This was such a great follow-up from SUGARs Double Rainbow album. The same soothing melodies were their, but where Double Rainbow was more soothing and laid back, COLORS 4 WISHES was more upbeat and had a greater variety in the songs. Now dont fret if you fell in love with their first album because it is still their in songs like Heartful, Distance, and USUBENI, but they created more dance tracks like Work It and more mellow up-tempo songs like Kaze to Hanataba and Himawari. Overall this was a wonderful purchase and Im grateful to own both of their Japanese albums. But since sadly this group will not be making music anymore it might be wise to hurry up and grab a copy of COLORS 4 WISHES before it becomes out of print. The cd comes in a fold out case like their first album and contains the photo shoot of the cover of the cd. I prefer the Double Rainbow photo shoot booklet but this booklet is still nice and contains individual shots of the members as well as group shots. |

YESSS all songs are perfect. Very mellow songs to dance ones. Yes dance, which they are good. Has a small essence of thier Rainbow album. But overall, all tracks are smashin and cool!! However, there is not plastic case for this cd. But i'm ok with it. Cause i buying the product for the cd which i am overly impressed of. Be careful however. Some songs are not sang exactly how they did in thier Promotional videos. |

The 2nd Japanese album that has been released by Sugar. If you enjoyed Double Rainbow, you will for sure like Colors 4 Wishes. With Haleen as Jung Eum's replacement -- their songs have changed a little bit but with more vocal range from the new member. Some of the songs are from the older singles when Jung Eum was still in the group. All in all, a great 2nd album. =) |
