“私は世界で一番のショウを行うの。だから世界で一番の努力をするわ”という決意と共に行われた「Confessions Tour」の模様を記録したDVD+CD作品『Confessions Tour』。2006年のジャパンツアーを最後に終了したMadonna の「Confessions Tour」。2006年5月21日のLAを皮切りにスタートしたツアーは、北米、ヨーロッパ、ロシア等60公演で約120万人を動員し、1億9370万ドル（日本円にして約220億7550万円）の総収益をあげ、女性アーティストとして音楽史上最高の興行成績を記録。セットリストも豪華絢爛で、最新アルバム『Confessions On A Dancefloor』からの“Hung Up”“Sorry”“Jump”などはもちろんのこと、“Like A Virgin”“La Isla Bonita”など過去のヒット・ナンバーも披露。TVで放映された映像は時間の都合上一部楽曲がカットされていましたが、今回のDVDは約2時間のステージを完全収録！更にはTVでは未放映のツアー・バックステージ映像なども収録予定。CDには同ライヴからセレクトされた楽曲を13曲収録。
