May 24, 2008 Answer to YG's BIG BANGSM entertainment almost makes it their proirity to monopolize the korean music industry by trying to outsell other artists from other companies. SHINee is no exception. After YG's massive success with Big Bang and FT island's success, SM has finally come out with SHINee.
After listening to the minialbum, I was a litte surprised it wasn't all the bubblegum popness I expected out of SM entertainment. SHINee seems like a genuinely talented group and their songs are pretty good. I definitely hear a litte bit of bigbang and ft island. I really liked replay though. Good music, worth buying =)

May 23, 2008 Catchy, slightly addictiveBubblegum pop music was a thing of my grade 6 past, but for some reason SNSD was an exception(okay and maybe Super junior). This CD was just so catchy and addictive! I wasn't really a fan of SNSD until I listened to this cd. It got my bopping my head to all of that bubblegum popness. My favorite songs were baby baby, tears, complete and kissing you. (sorry I don't speak korean so I don't know the names in korean). I stil don't consider myself a fan, but its nice to listen to happy cheerful songs once in a while. I really wish they harmonized more though. Good music and so catchy!

(31)Our Price: US$11.99List: US$15.99Save: US$4.00 (25%)Usually ships within 7 daysMay 23, 2008 surprising..I was never really a fan of taeyang especially after seeing him in some Big Bang MVs where he kind of looked like a try-hard rapper (SORRY just my opinion). He never really stood out that much to me, but after listening to this mini-album I'm surprised. The songs are all great! I can say that I love every song on the album. Well, that might be because he's touching upon all my favorite genres..hiphop,R&B, ballad. In his songs I hear a touch of Timbaland, Bobby Valentino, Omarion.. and I love it all =). All in all a great mini-album.. now I have to figure out how to order it.

March 29, 2008 It was worth waiting for...I've only recently started to listen to Zhang Yi Lin's music. Of course there were the older songs (Timeless and Y), but I never thought they measured up. I mean the songs were catchy and they were okay, but there were times I just wanted to stop the song. That's not to say her voice isn't good, I actually think she has a lot of talent, but for when listening to Timeless and Y her voice was so nasal. I could barely stand it!
In this cd, her voice is so much more confident! No more forced notes! Well sometimes it still sounds a little nasal, but she has improved so much since her debut. My favorite are 4,5,7,9. All in all, the cd was well worth the money and the wait.

November 26, 2007 FINALLYI've waited so long for SHOW to finally come out with a cd! (well technically I waited a year) This CD is definitely the same SHOW from before. I may sound partial to SHOW, but I love his sound compared to other artists (with the exception of some of his old songs). I love the R&B/Hip-Hop bordering on pop sound.
Track 1- A dance song with a great beat. It kinda gets annoying when the booming beat sounds like "love" or something.
Track 2- WHOA. pop overload.. I DID not like this song at all. It sounds like those giddy songs you hear on kid shows. ugh.
Track 3- I think this one is my favorite track on the CD. A ballad but very nice. I always liked SHOW singing ballads. It suits him well (same with hiphop-y kinda songs).
Track 4- This song was... interesting. Its the song with Elva Hsiao. Its catchy, but not my taste.. The guitar in the background sounds like the songs you hear on the beach in Cuba or something.. The beat is good, but overall I thought this song was odd.
Track 5- Another dance track, I had a laugh when I heard something in the background that sounded like Britney in "Gimme More" saying "more..", she sounded like a croaking frog. Its not SHOW doing that.. but its odd.
Track 6- Another ballad.. I love his ballads and his voice!
Track 7 & 8- Both are dance tracks. Track 7 starts off with a beat-boxing sound. Its pretty catchy definitely not my fav tho. Track 8 kinda reminds me of some K One songs.
Track 9 & 10- both good ballads.
Track 11- A catchy dance song. It reminds me of an English song, can't quite pinpoint it now.
5/11 songs are hip-pop songs, the remaining 6 are ballads. The hippop songs didn't really catch my attention (unlike some from SPESHOW) but I really love the ballads. His voice is really that good especially for the ballads. (I know he's not lip-syncing because I can hear him breathe into the mic sometimes). Overall the CD is good, definitely something I would expect from SHOW.

November 26, 2007 Same old same oldI've been a Jolin fan since Dancing Diva. (I've got her other cds, but nothing really caught my attention like dancing diva) I was really excited about this cd because I liked dancing diva so much (it was on rotation on my computer everyday for a few weeks). I have to say I was a little disapppointed by it. Apart from track 1, not many of the other songs really caught my attention. I know a lot of Jolin's songs take a while to like, but this cd was alright. There are definitely many dance tracks which Jolin is known for and 4/12 tracks are slow. In comparison, I liked all songs except for track 11 on dancing diva. I love dance tracks, but none of the ones on this cd really make me want to get up and party. My favorite tracks on this cd were track 1,8,9.

November 26, 2007 Some Good Songs
When I first listened to his single "牛仔很忙", I was really surprised...I was definitely not expecting this out of Jay especially since he's known for his good ballads. I can't say the song is bad, its definitely catchy and at least there's originality to it. I'm not so sure whether its my favorite though. There's a bit of a rock edge (at least in some songs) that I like in "无双" and "阳光宅男". They're both a little different from typical Jay (i.e. ballads). The rest of the CD is definitely pure typical Jay (which isn't a bad thing because I love his ballads.) My favorite tracks are 3,4,6,7.

November 26, 2007 great songsIts been a while since Justin came out with a cd. Before this cd came out, I wasn't a faithful listener of his music, but I can say that this cd made me change my mind. Most of the songs are ballads (i.e. track 4-14). I like most songs from this album, but I felt that it was geared so much to the HK ballad-loving market that it lacked some originality (since more than half of the songs on this album are slow). He did, however, track to put in a few fast songs but they were only okay (except for track 3 which is midtempo) For those, who don't like slow ballady songs, this album is not for you. My favorite tracks from this album are track 3,4,10,13.
