2000年12月に解散した人気バンドLUNA SEAのベーシストとして知られる"J"。バンド活動を休止していた1997年にソロ活動を開始し、アルバム「PYROMANIA」をリリース。Foo Fightersのフランツ・ストール（ギター）を迎え全国ツアーを行ない、彼の本格的なヘヴィ・ロックは多方面から注目を集めた。そしてLUNA SEA解散後には、シングル・アルバムのリリースやライヴに加え、他アーティストのプロデュースも手がけるなど精力的な活動を展開している。
本作には、2005年12月24・25日にYOKOHAMA BLITZで行われたクリスマス・スペシャル・ライブの模様を中心に、同年7月〜8月に行われた自身最長となるツアーのドキュメント、LUNA SEAの原点である町田プレイハウスでのライブの模様などを収録。貴重なインタビューも収められた、ファンには見逃せない1枚。
