唐勁（莫少聰飾）是個功夫迷，常憑著不凡的身手教訓惡人。老華僑震東欲回國承包修建長城工程。一日，唐勁目睹麗珊被非禮，他挺身救出麗珊，麗珊特帶唐勁見其父震東。當二人到達公司時，正碰上法蘭克與多名手下脅迫震東退出長城工程，唐勁見此立即將法蘭克等人制服，並將他裝運於貨船送出境外。不料，法蘭克殺了船員後拆返中國，趁機將黃金運出境外，此時，唐勁遂聯同警方的力量，將法蘭克等人逮捕歸案，那批黃金也交回警方處理。
Max Mok(Once Upon A Time In China and America) returns to film after a long absence in this action comedy. Comic book/martial arts freak Tong(Mok) loves to imitate moves by his favourite kung fu stars. He also does his duty as good citizens by catching thieves and drawing the suspect's look in comic-book style to assist the police. So when Tong stumbles upon a plan by the evil German thug Franck to steal big chunks of gold out of China, he is only too happy to lend his expertise to catch the rogue.

This movie is a waste of Max Mok's talent. The girl is very attractive and capable in martial arts but also wasted in this movie. |
