Awsome... Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
What an album!!! After listenting to it it makes me think she will release another crossover like "crossover II"! I listen to the CD using GRADO SR325 headophones.... It was excellent and perfect; it couldn't be any better! Shimatani Hitomi did an excellent job at combining Pop and Classical genre together and collected good quality sound; fit for a stereo! Ecellent CD if you like Classical Hybrid and Shimatani Hitomi!

Love her sound Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
This was a blind purchase for me since I’ve never heard any of Shimatani’s music before. All I knew was that this has been featured on Takashi Kimura’s (Move) weblog for a really long time, so it got me interested. Hitomi has a really nice voice with a lot of emotive expression. To me a lot of her music almost sounds theatrical, it has that much emotion in it. I also like the use of background vocals on this album; they don’t feel compulsory; instead, they’re all unique and add their own touches to the songs. They’re not She’s also very effective at singing over a surprisingly wide range of pitches. On songs like Soushun, she sings in a pretty high tone, and yet on Shanty, she delivers quite a smoky performance at points. This album seems to feature two styles: ballads and dance songs. I prefer her dance tracks, but that may just be because they’re more catchy. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this album if you pay attention to a singer’s actual talent and want something that’s going to involve you more than the typical pop. Favorite tracks were Perseus, I Will, Z!Z!Z!, and Shanty.

Rock On Hitomi Shimatani! Customer Review Rated Bad 7 - 7 out of 10
This album is definitely one of my favourite albums of hers, the tracks are both classical sounding and the i-just-want-to-get-up-and-dance type, true, most of the tracks are remakes of her past hit songs. Personally, I think she did Z!Z!Z!-Zip!Zap!Zipangu!very well in crossover, I prefer it to the original! Perseus, the song which made me addicted to Hitomi, isn't as good as the original. Overall, this is one of her best albums released.

Excellent Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Wonderful album. I loved the Crossover mixes. They gave a magical feel to these songs while they blended well with Shimatani's vocals. The new songs are mostly ballads and slow songs and are rather lovely to listen to. The overall feel of this album is one of fantasy and beautiful vocals. I doubt you'll be disappointed with this new album.

fan-freakin'-tasic! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
this is a great album. i mean, i know shimatani redoes a lot of her old songs but this cd is one you can't miss out on. the crossover versions of the songs are great (except for shanty... guys voices in the backround was kind of strange). the 5 old songs kept the same beats but are tweaked it with a little bit of classical. the five new songs are can be very upbeat or soft and sweet. the only disappointment was that there wasn't a crossover version for her other hits angelus, amairo no kamino, or viola. it's a shame there's only 10 songs on this cd.
