  • Can I place my order by mail or over phone?
  • Yes. To order by mail/phone, you may simply follow these steps: 1. For each item you wish to order, provide the full name of the product, the YesAsia.com Catalogue Number and the listed price as it appears on our website.
    2. Write down your preferred method of shipment and shipping cost.
    3. Write down your name, shipping address, phone number and email.
    4. Submit a check or money order (in HK dollars*) payable to YESASIA.COM LIMITED
    5. Please send the above information to: YesAsia.com Limited

    Payment Tip for Mail Ordering: We strongly encourage you to pay YesAsia.com by money order or cashier check. When you choose to pay YesAsia.com by personal checks, please be aware that it may take an additional 14 days to process your order. It may take even longer for checks that are not properly pre-printed with the payer's name and address, and checks that are issued out-of-state.
