- Why can I see both my Global and North America site orders in my Order History?
- For your convenience, both Global and North America site orders can be viewed in your Order History regardless of which site you are logged in to. Please note that this is to allow customers greater ease in tracking purchases. You still need to be logged in to the North America site to place orders shipping to US and Canada, and the Global site to place orders shipping to all other countries.
