  • Can I change my password?
  • Yes, you may change your password at any time by following these steps:

    1. Log in to 'My Account'
    2. Click on the 'Change your Sign In and optional information' hyperlink in the Account Management section. The Personal Information page will appear.
    3. Enter your new password in the 'New Password' field then
    4. Verify it by retyping your new password in 'Retype New Password' field.
    5. Enter or update your other personal details then
    6. Enter your present password in the Current Password field. 
    7. Click on the 'Update' button at the bottom. Your password will now be changed.

    After your password has been successfully updated, our system will automatically generate and dispatch an e-mail notification to your e-mail address maintained with us.
