- Why can't I pay by COD when ordering Japanese toys?
Effective May 1, 2009, payments for all Japanese toys must be made before or upon fulfillment of shipments. As such, COD payments will no longer be accepted for orders containing Japanese toys. We apologize for any inconvenience.
