- How do I submit a return request?
- Please follow the steps below if you wish to file a return request:
1. Log in to My Account and click the link "Check your complete Order History".
2. Select the "Return Items" option in the left-hand column under "Order".
3. Following the prompts, select the relevant order and item(s) for return.
4. Provide details about the reason for return. Upload photo(s) of the item(s) if applicable.
5. Review your return request details, and submit the form.
Please note that all return requests are reviewed in accordance with YesAsia.com's Return and Refund Policy.
