- Why can't I choose Express Service when using an APO/FPO address?
- Delivery to APO/FPO addresses can only be arranged by the US Postal Service. Other courier services are unable to deliver to any restricted area. Customers who select Express shipping service to an APO/FPO address may ultimately receive their shipment by normal post, without any refund for the shipping fee difference.
