  • How will refund of the per shipment charges be arranged if YesAsia.com is able to consolidate my order into less shipments?
  • We will always try our best to consolidate shipments as much as possible to minimize shipping cost to our customers.

    In normal cases, we will not charge you before any products or shipments are shipped. As a result, there should not be any case of refund needed due to shipment consolidations. However, if you are paying your order in full by YesAsia credit, we will in advance deduct the maximum amount of credit needed for the order to allow for maximum shipments needed. In cases of any shipment consolidations, we will automatically refund the amount back into your YesAsia Account as YesAsia Credit within 7 days. Since split shipment is not applicable if payment option is selected as Check, Money Order or PayPal, no case of refund will be involved.
