A Jem for a Low Price
| First of all, the drama series was excellent. Without hearing this soundtrack, I had already had the bgm and theme songs of "Dae Jang Geum" stuck in my head. Now the ost is available for such a low price! But the quality is A+...the ost itself is a jem retelling the whole story. There is a bonus video if you pop the CD in your computer. You must buy this if you loved the music in the drama series! |

Best soundtrack ever!!!

This soundtrack has both instrumental and vocal pieces. The music is hauntingly beautiful and melodious....and the drumms in piece #6 is the best!! You have to hear it to believe it. I highly recommend this cd. A++++++ |

Great OST

This is one of the best OST I've ever heard. It's beautifully recorded. Like the drama, this OST is presented to us with all sincerity. I didn't know that Korean traditional music can sound so good when rendered by "western" musical instruments. I'll highly recommend this OST. |

love it
| i love DJG soundtrack. But i'd love it more if this soundtrack is featured with some scenes of the series so that i can feel the songs better as i don't understand the Korean language. Truely, the songs are great as great as the DJG itself. |

not only the music... but the actual VIDEO! shame I can't understand the language because there is wonderful commentary on the instruments. I had no idea that the music was probably written exclusively for DaeJangGeum. and what's really frustrating is that there are interviews with the 2 main characters ... it's wonderful so see them speak... even though I'm clueless as to what they're saying! This CD is a major bargain... to see the actual instruments ... instruments I've never seen before... makes me want to learn more about the history. |

This is the one of the best OST I've ever purchase
| It's about time they released the OST for the TV series! I was so amazed when I found out that this TV series is still number one in Korea! I've became a huge fan for this series from the beginning of the series and also been patiently waited for the OST to be released! When I heard the tracks, they are much better than I expected! There are 17 total tracks and 2 of them are in English! That's right! In English! Don't miss this amazing OST or you might reget it! |

amazing fusion of tradition and trend
| Like the poetic lyrics, the songs have captured the traditional Korean music and reinterpreted in a fashionalble way. Just an beautiful album, definetely a must have soundtrack. |
