This would become the band's last album before Toshi announce his departure, making this tour even more important for X Japan fans. Now, the December 31, 1996 final show of the legendary concert tour is finally being re-released for their new fans in its entirety.

This edition includes the Born to be Free music video on a bonus DVD and a pocket-sized replica of the concert pamphlet.
