A cover?

I must say, when I first heard this song I was kinda taken aback. This song sounded so familiar, but not because I'd heard this song before. Something in the back of my mind was telling me it might be the song 'A Perfect Match' by the Swedish group A*Teens that was what made it so familiar. I searched online, and found the music video to that song so I could hear it. (The CD with the song on it was never released in the US.) And sure enough, it sounds exactly the same. Well, maybe not exactly...Nami adds a few extra things like the "I say!"s and stuff. But apparently, this is a cover of that song. (Well, it's not really a cover, since what I can tell of the lyrics it's totally different in that sense, but the tune and everything is the same.) It's awesome to have a cover of that song, since A*Teens used to be one of my favorite groups before I started liking j-pop. I've seen many other covers by Asian artists, like Kawabe Cheico's 'I Can't Wait' (originally by Hilary Duff) and S.H.E's 'ban tang zhu yi' (originally the song Cinderella by another Swedish group, Play) but this is one of my favorites. Not to mention this song is soo catchy. I haven't had the song for that long and it's already one of the top 20 on my most played list. I don't actually own this single, but I totally recommend this song. ^^ |

O.O Very Different
| I have to admit that this song is way different from all her other songs. This song is still good though!! And the song "distance" is a veryyy good song too! This single isn't that bad. |

Yuck!
| I love most Nami Tamaki songs, but I have to say I really don't care for this one. It's just one of those songs that's so annoying it's just stuck in your head all the time and you almost want to shoot yourself to get rid of it, ya know?! I think this was the first single she released after her album "Greeting" and I was really disappointed in Nami. But then she released other great songs after like "Reason," "Fortune," and "Heroine." So I may buy her album "Make Progress" and just skip over this awful excuse for a song. |

awesome
| i never heard of this thing but i just decided i wanted to put a review thingy down. i haven't THIS song but i have on others and they're awesome. i downloaded some and i love them all. especially realize. since it seems like this is good i'll download that too. yay nami tamaki. i'm confused at how boa or ayumi hamasaki is better ..i mean more popular because nami sounds so much better. i didn't rate this ITEM because i don't know how it sounds. |

Great Songs !

This cd is really good! I haven't bought the cd yet,but I was able to listen to all three songs on www.sonymusic.co.jp/eng/. And to me all three are very catchy ,and just make you want to dance especially the first song "Daitan ni Ikimasho Heart and soul". The other two are really nice too. For those who are big fans of Nami Tamaki or just love her music, just give this cd a listen to and see what you think. To me, this cd is not a disappiontment. |
